lasagna
the filling
1. minced beef/chicken (i selalu gune ramly)
2. spaghetti sauce (any brand will do(dolmio/preggo)
3. garlic
4.onion
5.mixed herbs (u cari yang dalam botol. i selalu gume mc'cormic nye brand)
6. cheddar cheese (kraft single pun bole)
7. sugar,salt,pepper to taste
8. coriander (daun ketumbar)
Preparation:
Oil-onion-garlic-minced beef/chic-spaghetti sauce-cheddar-mixed herbs-sugar-salt-pepper-coriander
Buchamel Sauce (nak bagi lasagna skin lembut)
1. Butter (half)
2. Fresh Milk
3. Tepung gandum
4. Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
butter-tepung gandum (at this stage u kene berhati2 sket. sbb tepung cpt hangus. so u kene cepat gaulkan rata dengan butter yang da cair- milk(klau u beli fresh milk 1litre, gune dalam half)- cheddar (sukatan susu dgn cheddar depends on you. klau nak lagi pekat masukkan byk cheddar)
Lasagna Preparation
1. Take your caserol and place lasagna skin.
2. Then put lasagna filling
3. Buchamel
4. Skin
(continue these steps sampai penuh caserol)
5. At the top of the skin, letak mozarella.
Preheat oven to 180'c. Bake for 20-30mins.
note: jgn masak lama sgt sbb semua bahan tu da masak kan.
